After you place an order, we process it as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive an update via SMS/WhatsApp. If you need help right now, message us with your order number and phone number.

We deliver all over Bangladesh. Typical delivery time is 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka (may vary during holidays, strikes, or courier delays).

We currently offer free delivery across Bangladesh. If a future promotion or special delivery option applies, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas. Please keep the payment ready at delivery time. If you face a payment issue, contact us and we’ll guide you.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or solution according to our policy.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened perfume items are usually not returnable. If there is a genuine issue (wrong/damaged), we’ll support you after verification. We recommend adding a full “Return & Exchange Policy” page and linking it in the footer.
